Delete your account

In the app

Open Tarot Awaken, tap your avatar at the top of the home screen, scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account. Once you confirm, the deletion is immediate.

If you can't open the app

Send an email to suporte@tarotawaken.com from the address linked to your account, with the subject “Account deletion request”. Once we confirm the account is yours, we will delete it within 15 days and let you know by email.

What is deleted

• Your account and sign-in details (email and authentication method).
• All your study progress: lessons, answers, flashcards, reviews, day streak, achievements and challenges.
• Feedback and problem reports you sent through the app.

What may be kept

• Purchase and subscription records, for as long as the law requires or as needed to prove transactions and defend legal rights.
• Usage and crash data already sent to our analytics services (Amplitude and Firebase Crashlytics), which is deleted according to those services' retention periods.
• Copies in backups, until they are replaced in the normal maintenance cycle (up to 30 days).

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. To avoid further charges, cancel it in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
